DO YOU ACCEPT HEALTH INSURANCE?

No, I do not accept health insurance, BUT many health insurance policies allow you to submit receipts or “Superbills” for reimbursement. I will be happy to provide you with a Superbill, which is a detailed invoice with medical coding, that you can submit to your insurance company.  Please note, that I do not interact with insurance companies. Please contact your health insurance company to see if this is an option for you.

DO YOU ACCEPT NO FAULT INSURANCE?

No, I am unable to accept patients involved in No Fault cases.

DO YOU ACCEPT WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE?

No, I am unable to accept patients involved in Workers Compensation cases.
