INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKING

Welcome to our online booking system. By clicking the green button below, you will be taken to a new page on which you can quickly and easily book appointments online. A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment, but you will not be charged until your appointment has been completed. If you have any questions or encounter any issues with the online booking system, or if you would prefer to speak with someone directly, please call the office at 518-389-6167. Please continue reading the following sections.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION EMAILS: If you do not receive a confirmation email, you did not successfully book your appointment. Please try again or call 518-389-6167 for assistance with booking.

WAIT LIST: If your preferred date and time are already booked, you will have the option of joining the wait list online or by calling 518-389-6167.

ONLINE INTAKE FORMS: This is a paper free office. After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a link to complete your online intake forms in your patient portal. Please complete your forms as soon as possible before your appointment. If you have any questions about the forms, experience any issues using the patient portal, or did not receive a confirmation email, please call 518-389-6167.

LATE CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY: We require 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you do not give 24 hours notice or miss your appointment, you will be charged for the full price of your appointment. COVID-19 & ILLNESS EXEMPTION: If you have COVID or are sick (even if you are COVID NEGATIVE), please reschedule your appointment. Patients who need to cancel their appointments due to illness will not be charged any cancellation fees.

NEW ACUPUNCTURE PATIENTS: Please eat a light meal or snack 1-2 hours before your appointment.

A MESSAGE FOR EXPECTING MOTHERS: Acupuncture can be performed safely to support your health and a healthy pregnancy during all trimesters. Acupuncture cannot be performed to “naturally induce labor” and we do not see new patients for this specific purpose. Due to the smoke and fumes produced by performing moxibustion, we unfortunately are unable to perform moxibustion for breech babies in our office space.
