QUESTIONS ABOUT INSURANCE
DO YOU ACCEPT HEALTH INSURANCE?
No, we do not accept health insurance, BUT some health insurance policies allow you to submit receipts and/or “Superbills” for reimbursement. We will be happy to provide you with a Superbill, which is a detailed invoice that includes medical coding about the treatment you received, the reason for the treatment, and the total cost. The reimbursement amount will depend upon your specific health insurance coverage benefits. We do not interact directly with insurance companies, please contact your health insurance company for more information.
DO YOU ACCEPT NO FAULT INSURANCE?
No, we are unable to accept No Fault patients.
DO YOU ACCEPT WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE?
No, we are unable to accept Workers Compensation patients.
