DO YOU ACCEPT HEALTH INSURANCE?

No, we do not accept health insurance, BUT some policies allow you to submit receipts and/or coded superbills for reimbursement. We do not interact directly with insurance companies, but are happy to provide receipts and/or superbills for you to submit for potential reimbursement. Please contact your health insurance company for information.

DO YOU ACCEPT NO FAULT INSURANCE?

No, we are unable to accept No Fault patients.

DO YOU ACCEPT WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE?

No, we are unable to accept Workers Compensation patients.
